Disclaimers and Cancellations:
1) First 15 minute wait time is free. There will be a $0.50 per minute additional charge after 15 minutes of wait time.
2) Trip Stop: No Charge for the first 10 minutes. 50 cents per minute will be charged after the first 10 minutes.
3) Wait time fee for arrival-commercial is $.050 per minute after the first 20 minutes.
4) A 4% fuel surcharge will be added to a reservation for each $0.50 increment when fuel price exceeds $4.00 per gallon.
5) Full fare will still apply for cancelations after pickup time.
Cancellations:
1) Cancel at no charge up to 60 minutes before pickup time.
2) An administration fee of 25% of the trip cost is charged if cancellation is made after this time.
3) Hourly Customers: Cancel up to 24hrs before pickup time. After this time an administration fee of $45 will apply.
